Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please contact us on 01277 631511 or email us at essencia@btclick.com

Returning items by post
You can return your items by post at your own cost. You will need to obtain a Certificate of posting as without this you will not be able to prove you have posted the item back to us and we accept no liability for items lost in the post without a Certificate of posting.
How long will it take to get a refund?
The refund will be credited to the card account used for the original purchase. Please allow at least 2 weeks for us to process your refund once we’ve received your items.
Once your parcel has arrived at our returns centre, it will take 24 hours for us to process your refund. The refund will then show in your bank account 2 -5 days following this.
